Tucked away right in the middle of everything

It doesn’t get much more intown than Floataway Community. We’re at the intersection of Briarcliff and Johnson Roads, two minutes from Emory University and Sage Hill Kroger, surrounded by intown’s best pubs and local eats. Access to I-85 and and I-75/85 is just a quick skip along Briarcliff Road to North Druid Hills or Ponce de Leon / Freedom Parkway.

Connected to acres of parks + trails

Zonolite Park, features 12 acres and 1.5 miles of wide, walkable trails through old-growth forest, a sunny meadow, and along Peachtree Creek. Zonolite’s trails connect to Herbert Taylor Daniel Johnson Park and Emory’s Peavine Trails — with a total of 23 miles of South Fork trail connections planned.

Nickel Bottom Garden

Nickel Bottom is our pride and joy — a true community effort with raised beds for individual lease, a pollinator garden, orchard & berry gardens, and large covered pavilion.

MARTA connection coming soon

The Clifton Corridor Transit initiative has been approved and engineering is underway to create a new east-west MARTA light rail line from the Lindbergh station to Avondale.
